Kennedy's Sourdough Bread
In my free time I enjoy baking. I specialize in homemade sourdough bread. In October of 2023, an older lady in the community shared her talents and expertise as she trained me with her skills and knowledge. Since then, I have been baking and selling bread throughout the community. Through this entrepreneurship I have enhanced my communication skills by marketing my bread, as well as, accountability by balancing my daily life with customer demand.
Babysitting / Dogsitting
The picture shown is AnnLee and I enjoying time together. Each summer I babysit AnnLee and her three dogs when her parents are at work. While supervising AnnLee, we engage in activities that require effective communication and creativity. We also practice teamwork as we work together to accomplish tasks throughout the day.
Lakeside Animal Health: Co-op
This semester I Co-op at Lakeside Animal Health. I have the privilege to work three days per week which allows me to tackle diverse tasks daily, while assisting with medical concerns and enhancing pets' quality of life. I am excited to learn from experienced professionals to make a lasting impact on animal health. This knowledge will allow me to be successful in my future career as a Vet Nurse.
